When to Listen to Podcasts?

Lately, I’ve developed a strong fascination with podcasts. With my constant on-the-go lifestyle, finding a moment to sit down and read a book has become quite challenging. Therefore, I made the conscious decision to incorporate podcast listening into my self-care routine, realizing the need to seamlessly integrate it into my hectic schedule.

Here’s a list of times I often listen to podcasts:

  • When commuting or during a long drive
  • While doing household chores
  • During your stretches, workouts or walks
  • Before going to bed as a way to wind down and relax
  • During breaks at work
  • While cooking or meal prepping
  • When showering and getting dressed

Listening to podcasts during these times can provide a positive and uplifting start or end to your day, making you more focused, motivated, and productive.

You can also use podcasts as a substitute for mindless scrolling on social media or watching TV shows that add no value to your life. Instead, you can gain valuable knowledge, insights, and inspiration through podcasts.

Surrounding yourself with positivity and inspiration is essential for personal growth and overall happiness. Whether it be through podcasts, social media, books, or people in our lives, we should strive to consume content that uplifts and empowers us.
