  2. Have it visible: Keep your list in a place where you can easily see it, like on your phone or pinned on a vision board.
  3. Celebrate accomplishments: When you achieve something on your list, take a moment to celebrate and appreciate all the hard work that went into it. This will give you a sense of fulfillment and keep you motivated to continue ticking off items.
  4. Prioritize: Organize your list into categories such as short-term, long-term, or achievable on a budget. This will help you focus on the most important ones first.
  5. Make it fun: Use highlighters, stickers and fancy fonts to make your list visually appealing and enjoyable to look at.

Creating lists is not only a way to organize our thoughts and ideas, but it can also be a source of inspiration and motivation.

Whether it’s trying out new dishes, spreading kindness, exploring new places, or chasing after our dreams, lists can help us achieve these goals in an organized and enjoyable manner.

Meal planning for the week and creating a groceries list based on the meals you choose will make your trip the supermarket more efficient and perhaps save on impulse buys. I also keep a notepad and pen in the kitchen for everyone to write down when we run out or low on something during the week.
